TC Homes is a custom home building company with a strong family foundation of experience and lasting value. Owners Jason and Brian Tutt are second generation builders who branched out to start their own company in 2002. Brian and Jason worked for their father Jerry, a home builder since 1978, for over a decade. During that time, they acquired a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and merit that make building with TC Homes a genuinely rewarding endeavor. Jerry continues to work for his sons, providing an additional asset of experience.

• Helping you decide on lot selection and floor plan
• Assisting you in selecting design elements for the interior and exterior of your new home to meet your style and living needs
• Continually monitoring the progression of your new home, keeping you informed and at the center of the building process by giving you weekly updates
• Orienting you to your new home’s special features one week prior to the move-in

Our commitment to service continues with an eleven month check-up for any craftsmanship warranty work needed in the home. TC Homes takes great pride in the relationships we have established with our trade partners, who will provide and install the quality products and features in your new home.
