Location

Brooklyn Park, Minnesota is located on the banks of the Mississippi River, just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul.  This City offers the natural beauty of parks and trails, with an abundance of opportunities.  Our developments are located behind Champlin Park High School and only seconds away from major interstate highways.

Commuting?  The City of Brooklyn Park is located just minutes from the twin cities.  Our developments offer easy access to major highways and surrounding cities.  There are Park and Ride locations all over the city.

Schools

There are various private and charter schools available.  There are also three different public school districts to choose from; Osseo #279, Anoka #11 & Robbinsdale #281.  Higher education institutions are available too; North Hennepin Community College, Hennepin Technical College and Rasmussen Business College.  The University of Minnesota, which is tucked along the banks of Mississippi River, is also an excellent choice.

Attractions

Some outstanding area attractions, which are just minutes from our developments, include Edinburgh USA Golf Course, which is one of the top public golf courses in the country.  Or to polish up your swing at City of Brooklyn Park’s Brookland Executive 9 course for beginners.  Golf Academy is another spot where golfers learn and perfect their game.

Want to catch a wave? Try Grand Rios, Minnesota’s largest indoor water park, fun for both adults and kids.  Some features include the Hurricane Plunge, four-story water tower with body and tube slides, 500 gallon dumping bucket, play area, 535 ft lazy river, two private spas and much, much more.

No matter what season of the year, the Brooklyn Park Historical Farm 10 acre farm is always a nice place to spend with your family and friends.  Whether it is for autumn hayride or an Old Fashioned Farm Christmas with Norwegian Traditions, the farm offers festivities year round.

Looking for a bite to eat just two minutes away?  Try the 5-8 Tavern, El Toro Mexican cuisine, Sweet Taste of Italy or Buena Sera for authentic Italian fine dinning.  More time… travel to Maple Grove or Coon Rapids where one would find Bennihanna, PF Changs, Granite City, Bucca, Green Mill, Red Lobster, Timber Lodge Steak House, Olive Garden, Champs, Sushi Bar and many more.  The options are never ending!  Interested in shopping?  Riverdale, Maple Grove and Brookdale are great options.  Or another option would be the popular Mall of America which is located just 30 minutes away. 

Faith Communities

There are many community groups and churches to choose from.  Saint Gerard’s Catholic Church,  Grace Fellowship, Edinbrook Lutheran, or Brooklyn Park EFCA.  The youth groups of these churches are very active in serving the community and volunteering with in many organizations.

There are over 1,700 acres of neighborhood parks, activity buildings, picnic pavilions, athletic complexes located just minutes away from our developments.  Enjoy a walk in one of our many parks or perhaps a bike ride on one of our trails located right in the backyard of our developments.
