Location

This busy and growing community of Rogers is located right off interstate 694 and off of 101 (which turns into 169N). This city offers a community that is continuously growing and full of developing changes. Each of our developments are with in 10 minutes of each other.

Schools

There are 10 schools in the Rogers area:  Kalidescope Charter School, Rogers High School, Elk River Area Public Schools #728, Preschool U, Hassan Elementary and many more.  Our Brockton Meadows development is conveniently located one mile away from both the Rogers Middle School and the Rogers High School.

Attractions

The City of Rogers boasts several attractions.  On the main street of Rogers are antique shops, Thai and Mexican Cuisine’s, Pizzerias, coffee shops and more.  There is a brand new movie theatre located 3 minutes from our Brockton Meadows development.  Or you can go hit a few golf balls at Fox Hollow Golf Course.  This beautiful course is located just minutes from Lyndhaven Meadows and Brockton Meadows developments.

The Holiday Inn Waterpark is always a good time for family and friends and is conveniently located right across the parking lot of Rock Woods Banquet and Conference Center.   It is perfect for that wedding reception or other special occasion.  Invite your out of town guests to stay at the Holiday Inn Wildwoods Waterpark, which includes three water slides, lazy river, and water basketball.  This park is great for everyone in the family!

The Kelley Farm is a farm located about 10 miles away from our Rogers and Albertville developments in Elk River.  This farm has activities scheduled for family and friends throughout the year.  Interested in Go Karts?  The Prokart Indoors is a place to take children and adults for a few laps in a go-cart.

Dining / Shopping

Rogers offers Guadalajara Mexican restaurant, Applebee’s, Maynards, or go back to the 1970’s at Back to the 70’s Denny Café.  Just north 5 miles away is Rock Woods Bar and Conference center.  Kohl’s, Super Target, Cabella’s, Lowe’s and Cub Foods have everything your household would need.  Arbor Lakes of Maple Grove is located just 10 minutes down interstate 694.

City of Rogers provides a Community Room, centrally located off Main Street.  It is suitable for your banquets, wedding receptions, family reunions and special occasions.  Another place for conferences is the Rock Woods in Otsego, located just minutes from our developments on 101.

There are numerous churches and faith communities to choose from, all within close proximity to our developments.

Recreation

Rogers is a family-friendly community that has several parks, playgrounds, trails and bike paths with more planned, making outdoor opportunities for available for everyone.  Additionally, the Rogers Activity Center features public skating, youth skating and other community events and activities.
